RESULTS ARE OUT - Sunday 14th April 2019

REMINDER ….. we are closed Easter Sunday but will open Easter Monday, 22nd April 2019 10am-3pm instead.

Although it was a slightly quieter day, there were many ordering burgers out of the kitchen and it was busy on the Skeet ranges. The weather turned out to be very chilly with a quick hailstorm in the morning.

Don’t forget we are running our Extreme Compak qualifying sessions on Tuesdays through to 21 May 2019. Your chance to qualify for the Grand Final!!

We also have a 4 man squad event on Sunday, 23rd June 2019 if you fancy taking part in a team event with your friends.

RESULTS ARE OUT - Tuesday 2nd April 2019

It was a quiet afternoon but a few crack shots turned out for the first week of Extreme Compak. We saw a wet start to the afternoon which cleared for the evening until a hailstorm at 8pm sent shooters running to the clubhouse for cover.

Well done to Dean O’Cann who, after three rounds of Compak, straighted the first two and, although he missed making it a hat trick he still hit 67 straight.  Well done also to Aaron Harvey for his straight on the Compak.

We held our first Extreme Compak qualifier and were delighted to see Dave Gooding qualify multiple times for the Grand Final Extreme Compak. Well done Dave. Our other qualifier was Aaron Harvey, who qualified twice. Keep going Aaron, you are on your way. Keep checking our running list of qualifiers which will be updated each week.

Thank you to the Young Farmers who came out to shoot with us. It was great to see so many young people taking an interest in the sport. We would love to see you all again soon.

RESULTS ARE OUT - Tuesday 19th March 2019

We had a good number of shooters during the day with many enjoying refreshments in the clubhouse. The mild afternoon made for good daytime Sporting and was no doubt part of the attraction.

Great to see Mark Cobbold and Dave Gooding both achieved straights on Snooker and Dave Gooding also chalked up a straight on Compak. Well done to both.

RESULTS ARE OUT - Sunday 17th March 2019

We had a good number of shooters out on Sunday. They got to enjoy a sunny day with intermittent freak hail storms in the afternoon.

A special mention goes out to Tim Shivlock who shot 23/25 on Skeet twice over. He shot 23/25 using a new 12 bore and 23/25 and 23/25 using a 20g. Remarkable. James Pile also did well on Compak, achieving 23/25. A personal best for Keith Marlow on Sporting too.

RESULTS ARE OUT - Sunday 10th March 2019

Shooters saw a very wet morning with a sunny afternoon . Not too surprisingly, we had low numbers through Sporting. However, there were a good number of junior shooters making the commitment which is remarkable considering the challenging conditions.

Mark Smith had a pretty good result of 62/100 on the Sporting trying out a new gun.

It was really great to see 14 year old Robert Kingston chalk up a very respectable 68 on the Sporting. He also had a pretty good go at the Skeet with a result of 16/25. Also great to still see Reo Freitas showing his continuing commitment with a result of 62/100. Well done to Robert and Reo Freitas (aged 11).
